Genus Life Insurance Services is part of NobleOak Life Limited and provides management and ongoing services in relation to your policy, which includes processing of premium payments, responding to customer service calls, mailing annual policy anniversary letters and handling customer claims.
First established 140 years ago as the ‘United Ancient Order of Druids Friendly Society of NSW,’ NobleOak is an Australian publicly listed company regulated by APRA.
Today, the values of Genus and those of NobleOak are steeped in the rich history of the ancient Druids and guided by principles of integrity and benevolence.
